There are a number of formal and informal informational, advocacy, legal and citizens' groups concerned with the environment, public health, refinery operations and related concerns, based in Solano Country, neighboring counties, the Bay Area and beyond. They all should be identified and consulted on a regular basis as the ISO is finalized and then implemented.
