Approved Ordinance

The Industrial Health and Safety Ordinance and associated documents were unanimously adopted at the Benicia City Council meeting on April 1, 2025. The Ordinance shall take effect 120 days after April 1, 2025 except for except for the incident notification requirements of section 8.55.110, which are currently effective.
