✅ Strategic Plan
As part of its path forward in addressing the City's structural budget deficit, the City completed a strategic planning process that would align the priorities and goals of the City for the next five years. The process began in September of 2023 and ended in December of 2023.
The process included stakeholder interviews, a staff survey, a community survey, a virtual community open house, and two City Council workshops.
The strategic plan process helped guide the resiliency planning process, which started in January 2024.

✅ City Council Meeting - Strategic Plan Workshop
The Strategic Plan includes mission, vision, values, and goals. This plan provides a roadmap for the organization's strategic goals for the next five years. City Council provided feedback and direction on the draft elements of the Strategic Plan at the November 14, 2023, City Council meeting.
